Born and raised in Killeen, Dr. Dallas Johnston grew up in Central Texas. He was the youngest of three kids and learned early on the importance of discipline, dedication and drive as both of his parents were military. Following in his family's footsteps, he dreamt of serving his country, but wasn't sure exactly how he would do that yet. Little did he know, it would be in a few different facets: military, chiropractic and beyond. During his time in the Marine Corps, he studied undergrad, unsure of exactly what he wanted to do when he was released from service. Not long after, he met his fiancee whose father was a chiropractor. After seeing how many lives his father-in-law had touched and healed, he knew what his true life calling was- chiropractic. He dreamt of serving the masses through this unique profession, which drove him to dive deeper into research. He went on to Parker University in Dallas, TX and enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program in the fall of 2013. It was then that he discovered exactly how those people were getting so much better - it was all through the power of their nervous system and our body's innate ability to heal. This discovery, along with his deeply rooted love of people and of speaking, led him to his "why" in life - telling people how the nervous system controls their health from within, and how that innate ability is cared for by chiropractic.
